Can it ever take longer than 48 hours to receive my doubled Bitcoin?

Typically, your Bitcoin will be doubled within 48 hours. However, in the rare event of any issues, we have an emergency treasury wallet to cover any delayed trades and ensure that your Bitcoin is doubled as promised.

How can I be sure your company is delivering?

You can verify our transaction history on the homepage, where we provide txid's for each BTC transaction. This transparent blockchain record highlights our dedication to ensuring timely payments to our clients.

How do I withdraw my profits?

Withdrawals are automatic. Once your investment reaches maturity, the doubled amount will be sent directly to your Bitcoin address, no action required from you.

What if I don’t see an answer to my question?

When will my deposit show up in "My Investments"?

Deposits are usually displayed in "My Investments" once the transaction has received 2 confirmations from the Bitcoin network. If your deposit has 2 confirmations but doesn’t appear, contact customer support for assistance.

Do you only accept Bitcoin?

Currently, we only accept Bitcoin (BTC) as the cryptocurrency for investment.

What should I do if I don't receive my doubled Bitcoin after 48 hours?

If this happens, please contact us immediately but rest assured, your funds are secure. Every Bitcoin transaction is assigned a unique, non-erasable transaction ID on the blockchain, ensuring that the trace of your transaction can never be lost. We will investigate the issue and ensure you receive your doubled Bitcoin.

What happens if I submit the same Bitcoin withdrawal address multiple times?

Your withdrawal address can be associated with multiple investments without any issues.

48 hours have passed, when will my payout be processed?

Payouts are typically processed every 6 hours after your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. The final payment will be sent to your wallet within 15 minutes once the 48-hour period has passed. However, in rare cases, there could be a delay of up to 2 days while we top up our hot wallet.

Do you charge any fees for your services?

Yes, we charge a 5% fee, which will be deducted from your total doubled amount. This fee is applied to the final sum, and the remaining balance will be returned to you within 48 hours.

Can I make more than one deposit?

Yes, you can make as many deposits as you like. Simply generate a new deposit address for each investment and by providing a payout address.

The timer shows it's time for my 6 hour payment—when will I receive it?

Payments are fully automated and typically processed within 1 to 60 seconds, but no longer than 15 minutes.
